Intraweek Overnight Trading for Stocks Qualifying & Funded Sessions

If overnight trading is allowed, positions in allowed U.S. stocks and ETFs may remain open and be held intraweek overnight on weekdays (Monday–Thursday). Holding positions across the weekend (from Friday to Monday) is prohibited – all positions must be closed before the Friday regular session close.

Overnight: beginning 10 minutes before the end of each day (regular trading hours), open positions within your “Buy Power Pre/After Market, Overnight” limit may be held overnight until the next regular trading session.

The result of a position held overnight is counted as the result for one trading day in the LMI Stocks Trade Report, so please take this into account when following the Stocks Consistency Target rule .

If intraweek overnight trading is not allowed for your account or for a specific symbol, positions will be closed automatically at the end of the regular trading session or must be closed by the trader according to the regular schedule.

Intraweek overnight holding is not allowed in the following cases:

  • By decision of the Risk Management Team. In this case, positions will be closed automatically at the end of the current regular session.
  • Irregular trading schedule (e.g. holidays, shortened trading day, trading halts, etc.).
  • The instrument is restricted for overnight trading (for example, due to volatility, liquidity or other risk factors).

Intraweek overnight trading for stocks may be changed or disabled by the Risk Management Team in the future.
