Intraweek Overnight Trading for Stocks Qualifying & Funded Sessions
If overnight trading is allowed, eligible U.S. stocks and ETFs may be held intraweek overnight from one weekday to the next (Monday–Thursday) using Overnight Exposure. Holding positions across the weekend (from Friday to Monday) is prohibited.
Daily auto-liquidation (regular session): beginning 10 minutes before the end of each day (regular trading hours), all open orders and positions will be automatically fully liquidated.
Once the after-market session begins, Users may initiate a new position with Overnight Exposure, provided it remains within the “Buy Power Pre/After Market, Overnight” limit.
Note: It is the User’s responsibility to ensure compliance with buying power limits. If the User wishes control over the closing price, all positions should be closed manually before the auto-liquidation deadline.
The result of a position held overnight is counted as the result for one trading day in the LMI Stocks Trade Report, so please take this into account when following the Stocks Consistency Target rule .
Intraweek overnight holding may be restricted or disabled by the Risk Management Team for specific accounts or symbols. It may also be unavailable during irregular trading schedules (e.g. holidays, shortened trading day, trading halts, etc.) or for restricted instruments.
Intraweek overnight trading for stocks may be changed or disabled by the Risk Management Team in the future.
