Stocks Funded Session Rules
When you are trading a Stocks Funded Session account, you must follow the Stocks Funded Session Rules (see below). If you break any of these rules, your account will be closed.
- Only trade permitted stocks during permitted times (includes information about pre-market, after-market and overnight rules).
- Do not allow your Account Balance to hit or exceed the Max Trailing Drawdown .
- Follow the risk parameters of the Stocks Funded Session (Daily Pause, Max. Drawdown and buying power limits) as specified in the table below.
- Do not hit or exceed the Daily Pause¹.
- Follow the Stocks Funded Session Consistency Rule (the final result of the best trading day should not exceed 30% of the current profit target, otherwise the current profit target will be recalculated).
- Duration requirements: the minimum time between any opening trade (including adding to an existing position) and any reducing trade for profit from the position to be counted is 30 seconds. If the duration and distance requirements are not followed, profits from the trade will be automatically excluded by the system.
- Distance requirements: each position must yield at least 10 price ticks of average profit for profit from the position to be counted. Profits from trades with less than $0.10 per share will also be automatically excluded by the system.
| Account | Account Size | Daily Pause¹ 2% | Max. Drawdown 5% (Trailing EOD) |

In the Stocks Funded Session: you continue trading on your live stocks account according to the conditions of the Stocks funding program (risk limits, payout rules and platform access are defined in your funding agreement).
Please note the following:
1. You must make at least one trade every 30 days from the last trade, or your account will be closed due to inactivity.
2. If the account balance remains below 2/3 of the Max Trailing Drawdown for 2 months after reaching 2/3 of the Max Trailing Drawdown, the Stocks Funded Session account will be automatically closed.
3. Re-Qualifying . If you wish to close your account and return to the previous stage of the evaluation program, you can use this option as long as there are no rule violations on your account.
4. Before or during periods of high volatility and risk, the Risk Control Team may temporarily adjust the maximum position size or buying power for certain stocks or instruments. If the maximum allowed size is exceeded when opening a trade, a warning window will appear with the current position size information, and the trade will not be executed. If the position size is exceeded, part or all of the position may be closed if trading for certain instruments is prohibited.
