Funded Session Consistency Rule - Activation Fee Accounts

Rule Description

The 50% Consistency Target rule for the Funded Session account is one of the requirements for a withdrawal request. It does not determine the sum of the withdrawal. Once it is reached, it can be marked as fulfilled in the LMI Trade Report module.

This rule is intended to encourage consistent trading behaviour. It exists to discourage high-risk, erratic, all-or-nothing strategies and windfall-driven trading patterns.

After each completed withdrawal request, the Consistency Target is reset and recalculated using only the trades made after the last completed withdrawal request.

Example case

  • Consistency Target: 50%
  • Account balance before the first withdrawal: $5,000
  • First withdrawal request: $1,000
  • Remaining account balance after the withdrawal is completed: $4,000

If the trader then earns $3,000 in total after that completed withdrawal, the best day result must remain below 50% of that amount.

$3,000 × 0.50 = $1,500. In other words, the best day must stay below $1,500 in order for the 50% Consistency Target to be satisfied.

How does this rule work?

  • If your best trading day makes up less than 50% of the total gain since the last reset, the Consistency Target is satisfied for withdrawal eligibility.
  • If your best trading day makes up 50% or more of the total gain since the last reset, the Consistency Target is not yet satisfied.
  • The target will become satisfied only after additional trading reduces the best day share to less than 50% of the total gain.

Formulas shown in the LMI Trade Report

  • For the first withdrawal: Highest Profit Day / 0.5
  • For further withdrawals: account balance after withdrawal + (Best Day after the last withdrawal / 0.5)

These formulas help traders monitor compliance with the 50% Consistency Target rule.

Important: the total gain is measured either from the start of trading (if there have been no withdrawals yet) or from the last reset of the Consistency Target after the most recent completed withdrawal request.

Does this rule determine the sum of withdrawal?

No. The Consistency Target does not determine the payout amount. It is only a requirement that must be met before a withdrawal request can be approved. Please check this article about withdrawals.
