How can I use my bonus balance?

Important: Orders that are paid fully or partially with bonus balance are non-refundable.

When creating a new order (new account, account extension, or restart order), your current bonus balance is automatically applied.

1. If your bonus balance fully covers the order cost, the order is activated immediately after you click "Place Order", and bonuses are deducted by the full amount.

2. If your bonus balance is insufficient, a payment email is sent with the remaining amount due. Bonuses are deducted only after payment is completed.

2.1 If several orders are created using bonus balance, bonuses are applied to the first order that gets paid. Other pending orders become inactive. If those inactive orders are later paid, funds are refunded to the trader.
